Dr. Greg Spooner, DPT, CAFS, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who got his DPT at University of Puget Sound, Tacoma, WA. He lived and worked in California for 8 years with Navy and Marine Corps service members, Naval Special Warfare (SEAL, SWCC), and Olympics-bound athletes at the Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center. Having recently moved back to Bainbridge Island, WA, he works with athletes and non-athletes alike in Washington and California as well as providing health and wellness coaching across the world. His physical clinic is located on Bainbridge Island and virtual clinic in Poulsbo, WA.

Dr. Spooner, DPT, has been rowing and competing at various levels across all boat classes since 2000. He is a rowing and clinical movement and high performance specialist, a Guinness World Record setting North Atlantic Ocean Rowing Race winner, who was awarded multiple gold medals. He’s also a keynote speaker with great presentation skills and has been featured nationally and internationally on TV, radio, and in print.
