Most of your injuries that are sapping speed or comfort from the erg or boat are caused by a loss of flexibility, weakness of specific muscles in your core or hips, or a postural issue that you may not even know exists. This Comprehensive Mobility and Injury Assessment will take two-hours 1-on-1 to look closely at your flexibility, muscle strength, dynamic balance, and will also include a rowing analysis on the erg and/or water. Athletes will receive detailed instruction on recommended drills and adjustments to make for rowing, specific exercises and stretches, and can expect 2-3 additional follow-ups via email.
